The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational innovation .in according to absorb knowledge ability (realized, potentially) in IRAN customs and the single –stage cluster random sampling method was used field study used to gather data and to measure the response the 5-choice Likret scale was used. this questionnaire is standard and is taken from Andrawina & Govindarajo article (2009) and checked by specialists from stability and validity side to determine the validity ,content validity ,to test the stability of questionnaires Alfa Crunbakh method is used .based on kolmogroph –esmoronoph test is clear that variables are normally distributed. the analysis of this research data is by structural equation method and SPSS 19 and VPLS 1.04 soft ware. this research is consist of one major hypothesis and three subsidiary hypotheses. in main hypothesis, the ability to share knowledge and organizational innovation in according to absorbency (potentially-realized )is studied .and three subsidiary hypothesis is checked in a row .1.ability to share knowledge.2.the correlation between potential absorption and realized absorption 3.the correlation between realized absorption and organizational innovation capability is checked .
After investigating the results, that all main and subsidiary hypotheses show significant correlation ,between variable and are confirmed.
